The CX advocate is a unique link to the customer as they combine strong technical experience with customer service skills. This representative is able to assist customers both when they have a challenge within the local dealership and at another Freightliner/Western Star dealership outside the DTNA network.
The customer has a contact to whom he can turn, no matter what his need, he knows that he will get answers in a timely manner and that his file will be treated and followed with professionalism and rigor.
The CX advocate is also at the service of the client to inform and accompany him in the use of the applications made available by DTNA, such as:

With the CX advocate, the customer feels taken care of, as their understanding of the dealership’s operations, as well as customer satisfaction, allows the CX advocate to be the single point of contact that the customer needs to answer all their questions and support them with their needs of the day.
If needed, one of our GLOBOCAM representatives is available to visit your premises, meet with you and provide training to your employees. This will further facilitate the relationship with the dealers and the efficiency of the tools at your disposal.
