The customer voice

In order to listen to its customers as much as possible, GLOBOCAM is constantly looking for ways to gather the voice of its customers.

 

The most effective way to collect it is still through surveys. The Customer Experience (CX) department makes it a point to read and respond to each and every survey completed by our customers!

 

Surveys completed anonymously are still taken into consideration during the monthly analysis, aimed at implementing actions for the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

 

You can send us your comments and/or suggestions at any time:

 

  • By completing the survey automatically sent by email following your visit to the dealership (the correct email must be available in our system)
  • By scanning the QR code on your parts or service invoice or on the posters in the dealership and completing the survey.
  • By clicking on the link in an employee’s signature and completing the survey.
  • By sending an email to satisfactionclient@globocam.ca
  • Asking to speak to a CX employee in person or by phone.
  • By filling out the Customer Satisfaction Department web form.
  • By simply mentioning it to an employee during your visit or phone call.
