In order to listen to its customers as much as possible, GLOBOCAM is constantly looking for ways to gather the voice of its customers.
The most effective way to collect it is still through surveys. The Customer Experience (CX) department makes it a point to read and respond to each and every survey completed by our customers!
Surveys completed anonymously are still taken into consideration during the monthly analysis, aimed at implementing actions for the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
