11. Retention of personal information


GLOBOCAM keeps the data collected for different periods of time, depending on their nature and usefulness in the offer of our products and services. During the retention period, GLOBOCAM takes physical and technical measures to ensure the security of data containing personal information.

 


The primary locations where Personal Information is stored are the cities in which GLOBOCAM maintains offices or facilities and in the cities in which CLOUDWAYS maintains servers containing data collected by GLOBOCAM.

 


Personal information may be stored outside of the country in which you live, if a third-party provider or other entity to whom we disclose personal information pursuant to this Policy is located outside of the country. In such cases, personal information may be subject to the local laws of the countries or territories in which the information is collected, used, disclosed or stored, and the governmental authorities and law enforcement authorities of those countries or territories can have access to it.

 


Once the retention period has expired, the personal information is destroyed. Only statistics or reports containing depersonalized and anonymized data may be kept for extended periods of time.

 


Changes to these Rules:
We make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any reduction of your rights under this Privacy Policy cannot be applied without your express consent. If the changes are significant, we will post a prominent notice on our website (including, for some services, via email notification).
