Daimler Trucks of North America (DTNA), the manufacturer of Freightliner and Western Star trucks, has awarded Elite Support certification to high-performing dealerships that consistently deliver a superior customer service experience! It’s a customer-driven approach that ensures the best customer experience.
The ultimate goal of this initiative is to create an expanded network of certified dealerships that allows customers to feel confident in whichever dealership they decide to stop at for repair or service of their truck(s).
Certified dealers must meet approximately 130 criteria 365 days a year. These criteria are based on customer experience, continuous improvement of facilities, procedures and service, and employee training.
Dealers receive an annual visit from a facilitator who ensures that all criteria are met and provides suggestions to continue to improve the quality of the customer experience.

Your GLOBOCAM dealers started the adventure with the first certified dealer in Quebec in 2015, Pointe-Claire, followed closely by Boucherville in 2016 and Anjou in 2017. As for the 2 dealerships in Quebec City and Levis, they were certified in 2018. We are currently working on adding our 2 new dealerships in Beauce and Estrie to our network of certified locations. This will ensure you receive the same level of service no matter which GLOBOCAM dealer you choose to visit.
